What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a trusted team, but my approach hasn’t changed: lead with care, listen closely, and treat every event like it’s personal.

I’ve worked on everything from large-scale corporate productions to intimate team gatherings, and I still find joy in the little things—like a perfect layout or a timeline that just flows.

When we work together, I’m in your corner from day one—solving problems before they happen and making sure you feel supported, seen, and proud of what we create together.

And let me tell you – in my 30’s, I would be all about the afterparty, but now, it’s the sunrise wellness session for me! This hike at Xpiral Esplanade was well worth the 5:00 AM alarm. The views of Playa del Carmen were breathtaking!

Unconventional or unexpected venues can delight attendees and spark creativity. 👀 a few trends we’re loving.

🌿 Nature incorporated into meeting spaces (with living trees, plant walls, etc - more than just floral centerpieces). Calm or designated lounges are also popular for giving attendees space to decompress. Bonus if you incorporate sounds and scent for a full sensory experience.

💥Experiential activations. Attendees want more interaction at events versus sitting in a general session for hours. Building out this smash room for our client was one way we brought their event’s mission to life. Their goal was take away barriers and stress on their attendee’s path to success, and the attendees experienced that by “Shattering the stress to simplify their success”.

🏞️Low logistics, high value. Attendees will remember when you choose a unique venue with character. “Remember the sales meeting we had in the…vault, barrel room, vineyard, castle…etc. EPIC!” And planner bonus? There’s not a need to bring in a ton of decor or build outs.
